International WCS Flashmobbing in the UK

London Performance – Saturday 1 September 2018

Come join us in Central London to perform our division of the brand new 2018 International WCS Flashmob routine put together by Champion dancers Olivier & Virginie Massart & friends which will take place all over the globe on Saturday 1 September 2018. The idea is to inspire and attract more people into learning our favourite partner dance. So if you’d like to be part of the movement, contact me to register your interest.

We’ll be performing in multiple locations starting at the Southbank at 2pm! Let’s meet outside by the Nelson Mandela busk statue. If you’re coming from Waterloo station, head toward the Southbank Centre and it’s at the top of the steps on the right toward the main entrance to the centre. There will be a small participation fee of £5 per person.

No dress code, just come along looking as trendy as possible…and with suitable footwear to dance on the pavement! Please try not to bring too many belongings. We will try to allocate a person to watch over our bags but you will ultimately be responsible for your own possessions. A bum bag or rucksack would be ideal!

Ned Gould will be our official videographer once again and we will have flyers to hand-out to interested spectators. So feel free to bring your friends along to lend a hand!

Once the performances are over, we will find somewhere nice for drinks and possibly dinner for those that would like to stay on! It’s also my birthday the following Monday so everyone is welcome to come along for this part, whether you join in for the Flashmob itself or not!

Please share this event and spread the word. The more, the merrier!
