1st Year Anniversary Party 2006

Fun “Jack & Jill” Competition Results

Lee & I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to all who participated in WEST COAST SWING WEDNESDAYS 1st Year Anniversary Party celebrations, whether it be joining in the UK’s 1st Ever (that I’m aware of) WCS “Jack & Jill” comp, or just enjoying the social side of the event. It was a resounding success with 44 entrants in the comp, and a full house of spectators. Lee & I were very proud. Special thanks go to our DJs Graham & Greg, our Judges David & Lily Barker and Sally Penny, to our crew Angie & John, and lastly to Amir who in some ways is the most responsible for the success of WEST COAST SWING WEDNESDAYS. He is often not at class, he rarely even dances WCS but I can assure you that without his support and encouragement, there would be no regular Wednesday class, workshops or special events! Thank you Amir!
